Sincere
Being true to our own self, our feelings, our ideas is what it all means. Not pretending, not lying, not being hypothetical about literally anything. Our sincerity improves all our relationships and allows us to know our weaknesses, which brings in room for improvement. Being sincere, in simple words, means being genuine in every sphere of your life. The more honest one is, the more trustworthy he is.
But being sincere also means knowing when to give up instead of trying hard and sticking just to complete something even when knowing that it's futile.
