Quirky 
Being quirky simply means being unusual in an attractive, interesting and appealing way. In other words, quirky is strange/not normal but cool. Any person who is weird but in a good way, is indeed quirky. So, just be out there expressing your ideas and thoughts, even if they may seem odd to others, even if people may perceive you strange; don't give up. Be quirky.
But being quirky is not only about being unusual but also about finding something totally new and making a valid point at the same time.

Keen Being keen is very very important for progress. If you have a keen interest in something, it means you are really, really into it. Keen is basically an adjective that describes something that is intense, sharp, or focused.
